1 : List of Subcontractors :
A complete list of the subs that worked on your job for future reference, including work done, guarantees, warrantees and contact information.
2 : Lien Waiver :
A signed statement from Augustus stating that all pertinent subs and suppliers were paid in full.
3 : Client Inspection Check List :
Given to you as you walk through your completed home, remodel or addition to note any unfinished aspects or damage (i.e. dings in paint). You in turn give the checklist to us, allowing Augustus Contracting to make the proper adjustments. A second walk through will be conducted with Augustus Contracting to make sure everything was completed to your satisfaction.
4 : Certificate of Substantial Completion :
This is a document that states that the job has been finished to your satisfaction and thereby completes our contractual relationship.
